Locally-made programming must be produced within the Ofcom Wales approved area.

| Locally-made hours
|
At least three hours per day during daytime weekdays.

| Programme sharing
|
All programmes may be shared between the Carmarthenshire licence (AL000289), the Pembrokeshire licence (AL000272) the Ceredigion licence (AL000139), the Swansea licence (AL000306) and the Bridgend licence (AL102491), subject to satisfying the character of service requirements above.
