Locally-made programming must be produced within the Ofcom approved area of the South of Scotland.

| Locally-made hours
|
At least 3 hours a day during daytime weekdays.

| Programme sharing
|
All programmes may be shared between the Glasgow & West Central Scotland licence (AL000075), the Edinburgh licence (AL000099), the Dumfries & Galloway licence (AL101244) and the Borders licence (AL101242), subject to satisfying the character of service requirements above.
