Locally-made programming must be produced within the licensed areas of Swansea (AL306), Bridgend (AL257), Carmarthenshire (AL289) or Pembrokeshire (AL272).

| Locally-made hours
|
At least 7 hours a day during daytime weekdays (must include breakfast). At least 4 hours daytime Saturdays and Sundays.
|
| Programme sharing
|
All programmes may be shared between the Carmarthenshire licence (AL289), the Pembrokeshire licence (AL272) the Ceredigion licence (AL139), the Swansea licence (AL306) and the Bridgend licence (AL257), subject to satisfying the character of service requirements above.
