Locally-made programming must be produced within the licensed areas of Caernarfon (AL222), North Wales Coast (AL152) or Chester, Wrexham & Wirral (AL087).

| Locally-made hours
|
At least 3 hours a day during daytime weekdays.

| Programme sharing
|
All programmes may be shared between the North Wales Coast licence (AL152) and the Chester, Wrexham & Wirral licence (AL087), subject to satisfying the character of service requirements above.
